Questions

Is this a certified translation?

No. In Brazil, certified (sworn) translations can only be issued by a registered public translator (tradutor público juramentado). Ours is a machine-assisted translation for understanding a document, preparing questions for your lawyer or deciding whether you need a certified version.

How accurate is it?

The translation is complete and keeps names, numbers and dates exactly as in the original. Handwriting, poor scans and stamps can be hard to read; anything illegible is marked as such rather than guessed.

What happens to my file?

It is used only to produce your translation, processed through our translation provider under its commercial data terms, and deleted from our systems after 30 days.

What if something goes wrong?

If the file cannot be processed, we tell you by email and refund you in full.
