Buy what Brazilian restructurings are selling.
Brazilian restructuring plans regularly sell business units, plants, real estate and brands through court-supervised auctions. Business units sold this way pass to the buyer free of the seller's liabilities. The notices are published in Portuguese. We publish them weekly, in English.

Questions
Are you a broker or an auctioneer?
No. We report public sale notices in English. We do not represent sellers or buyers, take success fees or advise on bids. Bidding is done through the court-appointed auctioneer, normally with Brazilian counsel.
Which sales do you cover?
Sales of business units and assets under Brazilian restructuring plans and bankruptcy liquidations, plus major judicial auctions of commercial assets. Residential and small-value auctions are excluded.
