Questions
Where does the data come from?
Official Brazilian public registries: the Federal Revenue CNPJ registry, the National Treasury debtor list, the federal sanctions registers, the Ministry of Labour register and IBAMA embargo data, and the foreign-trade company lists. Each report shows the date of every dataset used.
Does the Company Check include court cases?
No. Court cases and protested debts are part of the Analyst Check, which also includes a review by an analyst.
Does the EUDR report make us compliant?
No single report does. The EUDR requires each operator to carry out and file its own due diligence. Our report documents what Brazilian public registries show about a supplier's legal compliance, as evidence for that process.
Is this a credit rating?
No. We report what public records show, factually and in English. We do not score or rate companies.
